What a wonderful event our Family Golf Day was. With families joining us throughout the day to tee off, it was a fantastic turnout, from young beginners picking up a club for the first time to more experienced golfers sharing tips and encouragement.
The weather was kind, and the course was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments as families made their way from hole to hole. Whether focusing on perfecting a swing or simply enjoying the experience, there was something for everyone, and it was wonderful to see such enthusiasm and positive energy throughout.
The sense of community extended beyond the fairways, with many families choosing to stay on after their rounds to enjoy picnics on the grounds. The addition of pickleball proved especially popular, offering even more opportunities for friendly competition and the atmosphere remained lively and welcoming all day.
Events like these highlight the importance of coming together as a community, providing opportunities to build relationships, create shared memories, and encourage participation in sport and outdoor activities.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and helped make the day such a special and memorable community occasion.
