As part of Swanbourne House School’s Virtual Enrichment Programme, Mrs Mitchell teaches us how to make Apple Crumble.

Remember to wash your hands before you start and when using the oven make sure you have a pair of oven gloves.
Ingredients
For the fruit mix
- 4-6 Apples
- 2 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
For the crumble topping
- 175g Flour
- 110g Butter
- 110g Brown Sugar
- 50g Rolled Oats
