Virtual Enrichment Programme – Muffin Pizzas

As part of Swanbourne House School’s Virtual Enrichment Programme, Mrs Nicol teaches us how to make Muffin Pizzas.
Do share pictures of your pizzas with Mrs Nicoll.
Remember to wash your hands before you start, get a grown ups help with chopping and when using the oven make sure you have a pair of oven gloves.

Ingredients:
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pepper
- 4 English Muffins
- Jar of Passata (or Tomato Puree)
- Small Tin of Drained Sweetcorn
- Cheddar Cheese
