This morning, Swanbourne welcomed the talented author and illustrator Lauren Ellen Anderson for an inspiring visit with our Year 3 and 4 pupils. Lauren captivated her young audience by bringing her stories to life, sharing her creative process, and offering invaluable insights into both writing and illustration.
From storytelling secrets to hands-on drawing tips, the children were enthralled as Lauren walked them through her journey as a published author and illustrator. Her words encouraged our budding writers and artists to dream big and explore their own creativity.
We are incredibly grateful to Lauren for sharing her passion and expertise, sparking imaginations and inspiring the next generation of storytellers at Swanbourne. We can’t wait to see what our pupils create next!
