Staff conquer the Swanbourne Endeavour

Congratulations to both Mrs Hudson and Mrs Licqurish who bravely faced the legendary Swanbourne Endeavour. 

In true Swanbourne style, both tackled the challenges of the course with the spirit and endeavour required to defeat fierce obstacles such as “Keel Haul, “The Tar Pit”, “The French Sailors Toilet”, and “The Damned Hollanders Swamp”

Mrs Licqurish even managed to navigate her way though the fire, streams, woods, fields and haystacks with just one running shoe. The other one is somewhere in the grounds!

“I loved it! The worst bit about the whole thing was the cold, constantly being submerged in ice cold water, really took your breath away. The scariest one for me was dropping into a pitch black bunker, chest high, trying to find a way out. It was a real achievement completing the course and I look forward to recruiting other staff members for next year!”  Mrs E Hudson
