Virtual Enrichment Programme - Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies

As part of Swanbourne House School’s Virtual Enrichment Programme, Mrs Mitchell teaches us how to bake chocolate chip cookies.
Remember to wash your hands before you start and when using the oven make sure you have a pair of oven gloves.

Ingredients
- 75g White Sugar
- 75g Brown Sugar
- 180g Plain Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon
- Bicarbonate of Soda
- 150g Chocolate Chips
- One Medium Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
