As part of Swanbourne House School’s Virtual Enrichment Programme, Mrs Mitchell teaches us how to make Chocolate Shortbread.

- 300g Plain Flour
- 200g Butter
- 100g Sugar
- 75g Broken Chocolate
- Teaspoon of Vanilla Paste
