Bunsen Burner Licenses

A significant milestone was reached today by our Year 4 scientists at Swanbourne as they proudly earned their Bunsen Burner licenses! After completing a hands-on safety course in the science lab, our young chemists demonstrated their skills in safely igniting, adjusting, and extinguishing the burners, showcasing their focus, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Under the guidance of our dedicated science teachers, pupils gained confidence in using this essential lab equipment, marking the beginning of their journey into more advanced scientific experiments. Equipped with their new skills, they are now prepared to dive into the exciting world of hands-on discovery, pushing the boundaries of their curiosity and creativity.
