Stay & Play sessions
Our next Stay and Play dates are 10th May and 14th June 2025. These are for families who would like to register their child for Pre-Reception or Reception entry.
Hosted by our Head Mr Nick Holloway, this is a chance for both you and your child to spend some time in our Manor House setting, meeting some of our teachers and our Head of Lower School, Mrs Nicoll.
There will be refreshments and the opportunity to meet some of the other parents. During this time, the children will be able to play in an open classroom, pre-reception garden and central courtyard.

Year 7 & 8 Saturday Morning Enrichment Taster Sessions
Our next Year 7 & 8 taster mornings are 10th May and 14th June 2025. Select one of the days and bring your child along to spend time with other pupils as they take part in fantastic Saturday Enrichment activities from 8.15am to 12.15. This includes two sessions where they can choose co-curricular activities such as coding, musical theatre, chess, athletics, fencing or golf to name but a few. In between sessions they have a half an hour break for snacks and a drink.
We help them to feel welcome and included, by teaming them up with ‘buddies’ who will accompany them throughout the morning.
While they are getting a feel for what life is like at the school, you will have an opportunity to meet our Head Mr Nick Holloway to discuss our approach to learning and enrichment, and ask any questions you may have.

Private Tours
Private tours available throughout the term.
We would be delighted to welcome you to Swanbourne House for a private tour. Usually these start with a tour of the school and grounds followed by a meeting with Mr Holloway. Where possible, there will be an opportunity to see lessons taking place and meet teachers.

Stowe School Fee Reduction
Swanbourne House School pupils who join Stowe receive a reduction on their fees.
Swanbourne House School is an Independent Day and Boarding Co-ed Prep School in the Buckinghamshire countryside, near Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Buckingham.
