Opening September 2023

The Pre-Reception class gives pupils an opportunity to join the Swanbourne community prior to their start in Reception class. Pupils have the opportunity to be taught by a qualified EYFS Teacher and Teaching Assistant in a maximum class size of 16.

The children also have the advantage of participating in Forest School in Swanbourne’s Buckinghamshire woodland and Outdoor Classroom, receive specialist teaching in Music and Sport, have access to the School’s varied and enriching activities programme and benefit from the many advantages of being part of The Stowe Group. Subject to our admissions process, children will also have spaces reserved in Swanbourne’s Reception class. 

This class will be open to children aged from 3 years old; we will be offering 15 hours of the universal funding entitlement (for afternoon sessions), which is available the term after a child’s 3rd birthday.
